SHIPPING & RETURNS

WORLDWIDE.

We ship worldwide. Smaller items via Bpost, for larger items please contact us.

Pick up in our warehouse near Antwerp, Belgium is possible.


COSTS.

Shipping costs are calculates by weight for smaller items that can be shipped as a parcel by Bpost.

For larger items, like furniture, we will calculate the cost for you, so please contact us!


TIMING.

We try to ship your package as soon as possible, mostly within 3-5 workdays.

Bpost delivers on weekdays: Monday to Friday. They also provide the possibility to deliver the package at a pick-up point of your choice. Please alert us if you would prefer this option!


TRACKING.

You will receive a tracking code when we ship your items by Bpost.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, don’t worry, the post officer will leave a note in your mailbox with instructions.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY.

We sell pre-loved items so they are not in a new condition.

We try to describe any defaults as precise as possible.

When do we accept a return? Please contact us first via mail or phone so we can find a solution together.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Inform us by mail which items you would like to return within the term of 14 days. Please provide us with an explanation so we can try to avoid these issues in the future.

  2. Repack the product(s) in the original condition & packaging and send us the item you wish to return. Shipping costs are for the buyer’s account.
